The laboratory Research Scientist is primarily responsible for the concrete implementation and execution of biology development programs for both products and expansion of the existing portfolio. The work scope spans from the proof of concept phase, through the entire product development process, and all the way to product launch. The lab researcher will be responsible for all product development activities within their assigned geography across multiple product categories including coatings, antimicrobials (fungicides) and regulators focused on near and post-harvest solutions.
In addition to the lab responsibilities, the lab researcher should to assist the regional sales team in planning, tracking and improving the relevant trials. At the same time, maintain frequent communication with other global R&D labs to learn about and exchange the latest trial data, thereby supporting the regional sales efforts.
